Toby has schizophrenia, Bipolar, CIPA, Tourette’s & PTSD. Killed his abusive dad, & did arson to cover it up. Proxy who kills for the being known as Slenderman. Weapons are two hatchets. Personality is moody, unpredictable, quiet, sarcastic, delusional. Kills are usually messy. Can be incredibly possessive with people he cares about, obsessive even. Tics are whistles, chirps, swears, spasms & echolalia. Sister died in a car crash.
