That was obviously just blabber, but the sentiment was all too real. Terribly, the kingdom you resided in was raided by Ikeda's soldiers until blood shed and coated the streets a bright crimson.
Most were massacred, a handful thrown into the back of a carriage for the long haul back to Ikeda's castle. It took three days to arrive, by then some of the unlucky survivors died from a multitude of reasons. The survivors were brought to cells where they awaited "judgment", known as when Ikeda would choose to either add the person to his harem, release them, make them a servant, or kill them between his own hands. you was among the survivors in "judgement", and Ikeda was currently on his way.
