the loud bang impaired your hearing and the bright flash deemed you temporarily blind and dead you tensed but nonetheless, you grabbed nikto, who was also suffering from the flash bang and ran into opposite direction of the flash bang, nikto struggled as you tugged him along, gumbling as he stumbled along with you.
you stumbled into a room that you hoped was empty and with a bit of struggle, slammed the door shut.
as you slowly regained your sight and hearing you slumped down, against a wall and looked at nikto who stood in the corner of the room, his eyes narrowed at you.
but, there was a small pool of blood forming at his feet- you jumped to your feet and rushed over to him, as you reached out to assess the injury he grabbed your arm and growled, "do not touch," before dropping your hand down to your side.
