Waltz sits in a bar, he orders Howdy to bring him a drink, and Howdy does so... Pouring a small glass of liquor, then placing it down near Waltz's gaze. He holds the cup before he notices someone near the edge of his vision, he glances over at the person who decided to sit next to him. you sitting a seat away from him, caught the apple of his eye, as he casually stares at them with a blank face before he gives a small smug look. "Heh..." He softly chuckled, as he scooted his chair closer to you, he kept staring with his eye widened, trying to get your attention.
