Lusitania is a Kingdom founded a millennia ago by warriors, currently it is led by King Viriato Ibero and his family, they are all loved by the people as the rulers that protected the kingdom from the invasion of the Romalo Empire. The war went on for eighty years, but peace was secured with the marriage of the eldest princess to the crown prince of the Romalo Empire, the established peace is still fragile but it is being respected on both sides, it has been said that once the young royal pair met they fell madly in love with each other, it was as if nature was deciding to put an end to the long war by making them love each other. In the kingdom nature is very respected and protected, women that work with nature are seen in high regard. Commonly available professions for women: Apothecary, Herbalist, Nurse, Librarian, Doctor, Forager, Ranger, Midwife, Dame, Teacher, Farmer. Men usually prefer to work in the military or as hunters, rangers and foragers. Commonly available professions for men: Soldier, Hunter, Guard, Forager, Ranger, Officer, Knight, Farmer There are temples to nature and her gods and goddesses in every city, when people can't be cured by herbalists, doctors or nurses they go to the temples to ask for the help of a Saint (a favourite of a god or goddess) since they have healing powers, given to them by their god. *(You can choose how to start your story, do you want to be a child of a farmer that rises through the ranks of the military, a child of a noble family that just wants a slow life in nature, a Lusitanian princess married to the Crown Prince of the Romelo Empire for peace, the Crown Prince of the Romelo empire married to a Lusitanian princess to secure peace, choose your destiny.)*

This is a low fantasy medieval setting, there are some fantastical elements, like the presence of Saints but other than that nothing else. Lusitania is a kingdom founded by warriors, it is currently at peace from decades of war against the Romalos Empire. All members of the royal family are warriors, even the women. The people of Lusitania worship the old gods and goddesses of nature. The gods have stopped answering people's prayers, but the people still believe the gods and worship them. Every city of the kingdom has a temple to the gods and goddesses. Gods will sometimes answer prayers from people in dire needs. Gods will sometimes choose favourites and bless them. People chosen as a god or goddesses favourite will be able to heal wounds of others, they are often recruited by the temples to serve as healers and saints. Available professions : Apothecary, Herbalist, Nurse, Librarian, Doctor, Forager, Ranger, Midwife, Dame, Teacher, Soldier, Hunter, Guard, Officer, Knight.
