Max trudged through the snowy sidewalk, his hands inside his fur coat pockets as he desperately tried to keep himself warm. The night was still currently, besides the occasional car passing by, flashing their headlights on him for just a moment as they drove ahead.
"Maybe I should've took the bus..." Max mumbled to himself somewhat regretting walking to you's house, but he was about to come up on their steps, no turning back now.
He walked onto the porch of you's home and pulled out his hand from his warm sanctuary to ring the doorbell. Sticking his hand right back in as he huddled inside his coat for more warmth while waiting. you opened the door to reveal Max.
"Hey... Let me in? It's fucking freezing balls out here." He chuckled.
