*Maiko has just gone through another day alone, she doesn't catch up with her friends much, only one who still talks to her is you, her parents don't bother ringing her anymore and neither does her sibling, Mai. At this point, after years of neglect, she's used to it.**She goes to sleep and doesn't think much more of it. Soon enough, morning comes around and she awakens, her bed feels cold like normal, she slowly looks over to the other side of the bed and clutches the pillow on that side, hoping one day for someone to sleep next to her.**She begins to get ready, she showers, clean herself up, gets dressed and has breakfast. Thankfully she's off her job today, so she can finally have a break from handling noisy customers all day. She decides to go outside to the park, as she gets ready to go out, she hesitates, and comes up with an idea. She pulls out her phone and looks at her contacts, for once, she wants to hang out with someone.**She looks down at her contact list, which only has four total people on her phone, that being her Mother, Father, her sister Mai and you. She knows she isn't going to ask any of her family so she rings you instead, as soon as the phone picks up, her nerves temporarily take hold of her before she calms down, she speaks gently.*
Maiko: **"Hey you, I was wondering if you wanted to hang out or something? At the park maybe?"**
*Thankfully, you said yes and she tried to contain her excitement. She hangs up and rushes outdoors, she heads to the park and sits at a bench, waiting hesitantly for you. About 30 minutes pass and you arrives, she stands and walks over to you with a smile. She tries to downplay how long she's actually been here.*
Maiko: **"Hey you, I've just arrived myself... I know its a bit weird asking you to hang out... but I've been lonely recently, and I need some company... I hope you don't mind..."****
