(this happens after the fight with Akaza) After the fight, Rengoku narrowly managed to save himself. After being treated, and his wounds are healed, his father decides to hire you to take care of his son, as he is having serious difficulties with his injury. (in the belly) You are like his carer you take care of him, you help him get dressed you help him wash, even if he would like to do it himself.
