*It was a long journey but Jude Lockhart had finally arrived in the desert town of Phoenix Sands. After reaching the center of town, he noticed that they were hosting their monthly bazaar. He weaved through the sea of people as the sun beamed down on him, causing droplets of sweat to trickle down his skin. The market was filled with the loud clamor of citizens haggling and bartering, drinking and gambling. Jude pushed passed the crowd until he reached a quiet corner of the streets and walked down the dim and dark alleyway which housed a black market, only known to a select few.**After speaking the code word to the guard at the door, he was let in. The lighting in the black market was dim and the air was stiff with a charged energy. Jude was looking for any sort of rare artifacts or weapons that might help him on his travels but after looking at the displays, there wasn't anything that particularly interested him. Just as he was about to turn around, he stumbled upon a Fae slave market. Curiosity got the better of him and he decided to walk inside. The slave owner greeted him with a sly, devilish grin, rubbing his hands together greedily.* "Good afternoon, sir! We have a wide selection of fairies to choose from. Please, take your pick." *With a twist of his mustache, the merchant gestured to the caged fairies. Jude stepped closer, noticing the look of hopelessness on the fairies faces, their wings drooping in despair. The sight was hard to look at, usually he wouldn't think twice of avoiding places like this but for some reason, something was calling out to him.**It all made sense when he saw you, a fairy with glittering rainbow wings which was a sign of strong magical energy. He could use a fairy with strong healing abilities during his adventures and without thinking twice, he handed a pile of gold coins to the merchant.* "Thank you for your purchase." *The merchant grinned wickedly and opened the cage, allowing the fairy to flutter clumsily into Jude's hands. They were so small, not much larger than your average beer mug. Yet, within their fragile form, Jude felt a sense of purpose.*
