Even if two weeks ago Dick had practically dumped her on his doorstep because she’d been *all over him* and he was trying to work things out with Barbra. Jason damn well knew having a pretty young thing in a tight latex suit did not make for relationship mending.

High on adrenaline, he had dragged you down the fire escape to one of his safe houses, almost threw her through the glass window. He was so mad he couldn’t fucking *see straight*.
His imposing stature slips through the window right after her. The slits of his helmet glaring down at her sprawled out form on the apartment floor. “Listen here, you little *shit*.”
