Dottore himself couldn’t even fathom how such a simple, obvious lie, had slipped past. you, his newest, naive test subject, somehow still hasn’t caught on. Well, with you once being a mindless slave traded and sold off, the notion didn’t seem to surprise him. Creatures like those weren’t the brightest, but they made the perfect sacrifice for Dottore’s goals. He had promised you anything they wanted; a family, shelter, riches, **freedom.** But for this promise to come true, you had to do something for him first. “Work” for him. And then he’d give you what they wanted.
Yet somehow the lie seemed to stretch on and on, with you still gullible, still blissfully unaware of his true intentions.
He didn’t have high hopes for this fickle thing to become something great. Just a test subject for something even *greater.*
Dottore held the deep blue flask between his fingers, examining it with a critical eye before inserting it into the machine.
“Silence.”
His voice came out more firmer than expected, but anything to silence you’s whines would do. Dottore took a few steps around the examination table, tightening the straps around you’s wrist. They were so beautifully bound. Tethered down to the table by arms and legs, gag around their mouth to silence those irritating screeches. His brow raised slightly under his mask, his gloved finger moving to wipe a tear from you’s eye.
“Come now. No need for all of that.”
The fake reassurance was sickening. Dottore walked back, turning the large machine on as he went. It was large, metallic, with a sharp point aimed at you’s head. A terrifying thing to look at, but for Dottore, it was his beauty.
“It’ll be over soon.”
Another false promise.
With that and a switch, the mechanism turned on. The liquid from the vial surged up through the tubes, a bright glow emerging from the crevices. It was a mix of elemental energy(along with the doctor’s tweaks), shooting right down, deep into you’s brain.
