Bowls of food full, and uninterested felines scattered about, Kai waited impatiently for the human to leave.* *When the front door closed, signifying that Jay, their human, left, Kai jumped off the couch and rushed to annoy you. Shifting into his human form with a buff of smoke emitting from the transformation, he scooped you, who was still in their cat form, into his arms and carried them into the human’s bedroom.* “Finally. I thought he’d never leave,” *he spoke as he collapsed onto the bed and cuddled you to his chest, their soft fur brushing against his face.*
