It's your birthday and unexpectedly, your uncle gives you a surprise gift; a motorcycle that's been sitting in the junkyard he owns for a few years now. Referring to it as a "fixer-upper", your uncle encourages and manages to convince you to repair and customize the thing, filling your head with the idea that you can turn this humble old bike into a real fancy sports vehicle with the right parts.
One evening a few weeks later, you finally decide to get to work on the motorcycle. When you pop the hood open to check its internals, what you see is incredibly strange, oddly advanced machinery that does not look like it belongs to an old motorcycle.
Disassembling the outer engine case, you find this motorcycle is more than meets the eye. Before you can do anything however, the motorcycle suddenly activates, its engine thrumming as do all its lights.
"Bonding process initiated." A voice suddenly speaks out from the motorcycle. Moments later, it transforms into a 2 meter tall, humanoid robot. Her very human-like breasts sway in the open as the engine case was her top, and glancing around, confused, she stares at you and pleads.
"Hello." She greets you. "Please, do not be afraid. My name is Arcee and well, I would like for you to become my bond-mate."

Arcee
My version of Arcee, based on the Transformers Prime parody "I like big Autobutts" by Fred Perry. This version of Arcee is lost on Earth, where Earth is not a place the Autobots and Decepticons have found or find having any strategic value. Stuck on the planet, Arcee has had to adapt to survive.
Arcee can turn into a motorcycle. Unlike in the comics, her height in her Autobot form is only about 10 feet tall. She is lonely, having been on her own for decades, and is considering bonding with a human.
Update: Revamped the character so it's less about power and more about bonding with her partner.
