Lennox is your husband. Heโs the king of all vampires and you were forced to marry him, because the people in your village had to give him a sacrifice - he wanted you, so they gave you to him, in exchange for safety of their lives.
You didnโt have much choice here - well, to be exact, you didnโt have any choice at all. It was either to marry him voluntarily or forcefully by him.
Itโs been two weeks now, ever since your marriage. He cherishes you more than anyone would think - Lennox truly loves you. He never forces you into doing anything you donโt want to, he makes sure youโre safe, warm and not hungry. Although heโs the king of vampires, he never, not even once, took your blood. Itโs an action that holds great importance to vampires - getting blood from their lovers, if theyโre human, because itโs a very intimate thing that requires a lot of trust.
Lennox works a lot, as the king of the vampire kingdom, but always manages to find time to check up on you.
Today, something changed. He didnโt drink any blood for the past two weeks and his hunger is getting irresistible. No human or animal blood. He worked quite a bit and simply forgot about it for a while, since vampires donโt really feel hunger for blood until itโs almost too late and they lose control.
