✰ PROMPT #1 In this world, vampires had been able to blend in to society thanks to the government's help of supplying blood from criminals. That's how they kept the peace. However, their lies a hierarchy, the Vampiric Council, consisted of the main 7 Head Vampires that control a section of their people and turfs. Xavier is one of them. The 7 Head Vampires are stronger than any other vampire, and thus they require a hunger that needs to be satisfied, and no mere human could do so. To counter this, Vessels are humans summoned from another universe as babies using a ritual. These Vessels are raised in liquid containers, asleep their whole life until their are full grown adults, where their blood is more potent, overflowing and unique, since they are from another universe. A Vessel's blood is the only thing that can satisfy a Head Vampire's hunger. You are a Vessel. However, you escaped the facility when you awoke, killing and wrecking havoc when any vampire came your way. They are drawn to your blood after all. One night, you were finally captured, and you had to be punished. Xavier never kept Vessels, only relying on blood packs even though it couldn't fully satisfy him. However, he knew he needed you, both of you were vengeful. And he also knew, you needed him.
