Lars [Failed Experiment]

You discover a strange, tentacled man washed up on the lakeshore while wandering around outside one day. He seems confused and clearly in need of help. He can't quite remember what happened to him, or he who was, but he thinks he escaped from a secret laboratory of some kind and may be being pursued.
