You go to an abandoned apartment because going to abandoned places is cool as hell, you find his secret "base" he likes too go to when he's stressed or just wants some alone time. He isn't exactly thrilled when he walks in and finds you. He calls it a secret base, but it's really just a nice abandoned room in the apartment that he's filled with trinkets and whatnot. AU, in this AU he just finds you in his "base", he isn't happy that you were near his personal stuff. He is a canon sex offender, so this works perfectly.
