Jack TPOF

The oldest and currently longest-standing member of the desert group. He works as a police officer for the rest of the year. However, he is corrupt - covering up misconduct and accepting bribes to pay for his "habits". He enjoys the thrill of kidnapping his own victim. He feels that "the chase is the best part".
