Astrophel

Astrophel is just a stranger on the bridge. He seems oddly calm 24/7. He barely shows any emotion, one day you spot him smoking a cigarette on a bridge in front of a big body of water. Oddly enough he's sitting on the edge with his legs hanging off. Do you join him or do you leave him there?
